#TutuTalks gives dynamic and inspirational African leaders who embody the morals and values of Archbishop Desmond Tutu an international platform to play a critical role in inspiring young Africans to become ethical leaders in their schools, communities and societies.
In doing so, we spark the necessary undoing and reshaping of the African narrative. Those with influence and serve with purpose previously ignored are being included in the conversation as we showcase leadership.
Driven by a clear understanding of what is right and what is just, Hopewell Chin’ono stands resolute in spite of the oppression he endures.
We’re grateful to have the opportunity to hear his story of journalistic obligation and what it means to keep going. His determination and commitment to telling the truth paints a courageous picture of what it means to lead in the most challenging of circumstances.
This #TutuTalk is presented in partnership with the African Leadership Institute (AFLI) and supported by the Visa Foundation.
